Heather was the best thing that could have happened to us in our search for a home! My husband and I came to Missoula for a long weekend, in hopes of finding a home. We were on a major time crunch, because I was expecting a baby in a month, so if we were going to be able to move to Missoula, we had to find a house that weekend. We quickly discovered that the market in Missoula is extremely competitive, especially in the price range we were looking. Heather was aware of this and moved very fast to set up viewings for us, and when the time came that we found a house we loved, she helped up come up with a competitive offer that day, which was good because there were 9 other offers in on the house! Heather went above and beyond, negotiating our offer and communicating our situation to the sellers. In the end, they picked our offer! We really owe it to Heather, she was so amazing! This was our first home and she walked us through the whole process, explaining everything to us in a way we understood and were able to feel informed every step of the way. Heather was so supportive and friendly. She helped us get plugged into the community, giving recommendations for doctors, helping us get utilities set up, etc. We also had some holdups with the bank right before closing, which left us stranded in a hotel for over a week with all our belongings baking in the hotel parking lot in a uhaul during a heat wave. That was such a stressful situation, but Heather called almost every day to see how we were doing, asking if she could help in any way, and if we needed anything to let her know; her thoughtfulness meant so much to us and helped to relieve some of the stress! I really cannot recommend Heather highly enough!

I trusted Heather so much so that I bought this condo sight unseen and she got me thru the purchase, negotiation and financing in record time. Always kept me informed and ready for me day or night if I had questions. Now that I've met her she is like a daughter to me.

Heather is a very friendly ,knowledgeable, and helpful agent. She went the extra mile for us in working through negotiations on areas of repair detected during inspection . She also helped us through making sure the finances would be there for us on time for closing. She’s a very competent and understanding person. I was an out-of-town buyer with limited time to view properties. Heather was quick to respond with a list of properties, lined up the viewings I requested during my short visit and kept in close contact when I had to leave town. Great negotiator and thorough on my behalf in contract, contingencies, building inspection issues, etc. Heather is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I loved working with Heather. We had a little bit of a stressful experience with moving and she made it so much better. She was always immediately available to show us prospective homes and was accessible to us day or night. Heather kept in close touch and any time she saw us struggling she would jump in to assist with anything she could. She even offered to watch our two young children if we needed her to. She knows what she’s doing and is on top of everything. She is smart, kind, and has a great sense of humor. She is a very steadying presence in a sometimes overwhelming experience. And she works so hard for her clients. I would recommend working with Heather to anyone selling or buying a home and would absolutely use her again.
